Q. I used to make a coconut cream pie that I absolutely loved. You started out making a vanilla pudding which you added coconut too. The vanilla pudding was made with one or two vanilla beans split and cooked in water. You would then use the syrup in the pudding. Does anyone have a recipe like that? Thank you
