I fell in love with wine-and-food pairing during one of my first assignments for National Geographic Traveler. I was writing about the culinary gems of Periogord, France, and the French winemakers I spoke to make wine seem so magical...and wine and food together? Serendipitous. I later went to wine school and am currently a food editor. I'd love to hear about your favorite wines, and what you love to eat with them.
