What's the easiest way to make dinner? Just open a jar of...spaghetti sauce, soup, pesto, stir-fry sauce, pizza sauce, pasta sauce, gravy, or salsa...to get a fabulous head-start on a simple quick-fix recipe. These recipes may start with convenience sauces, but when we add fresh veggies, meats, seasonings, and herbs,they become so much more. We may LOVE to cook, but few of us have the time and energy to prepare a made-from-scratch dinner every night. That's why we "just open a jar," add a little love, and go from there!
