I love to bake and enjoy cooking when I'm not pressed for time. Basically I was taught how to bake and cook by my Great-Aunt Lillian and Aunt Mona. My mom didn't like to do either and always said as soon as I could read the recipe, I could cook. I enjoy trying new things but if it was up to my family (husband of 20+ years and college-age son) we'd never have anything but tacos and spaghetti! Now that we are empty-nester's I'm excited about trying some new recipes in smaller portions. I enjoy sharing my recipes and knowledge and learning from other cooks. Bake On!
