Cooking is my creative outlet, and stress reliever. Sometimes I don't know what spices I'm going to use until it's time to cook. I've made many "One Hit Wonders", that were absolutely fantastic, but I didn't keep track of the ingredients or quantities used. I'm doing better. Someone suggested that I should wear a voice recorder so I can keep track of what I'm doing. I think it's a good idea if I'm feeling especially "creative".
