Q. I would like to roast my turkey the day before and have it sliced and not have to deal with that clean up when guests are there. I can't find specific directions on how to do this to assure moist turkey when heating the next day. Do you slightly under cook so not to worry about drying out? I would be grateful for input from members who have experience cooking/slicing the bird a day early. Thanks...Grammylou
