"I always enjoy your recipes and was so excited to try the apricot foldover cookies. I had a little trouble. My dough turned out too soft to roll and cut. Is the printed amount of flour correct? Do you have any suggestions for me? I'm dying to try again! Thanks a million!!!!!"

I am a frustrated cook/baker after raising my five children and having fresh cookies for them on their return from school and going back to working world at 40 and now 23 years later I still love to cook, bake and entertain, especially my wonderful family. Every weekend I will bake something and make a delivery to each one's home. I am so lucky they all live close. I certainly am enjoying this web site.
