o.k. guys, my wonderful Mother just bought me a panini pan and press because of how much I love panini's, melts or anything like it. I'm going to experiment right now with some basic things I have on hand but if anyone has a great recipe I would LOVE to have it, thanks so much!

A: and if you don t have a press you can wrap a brick in foil or use a heavy pan to weight down

A: the first thing i made on my panini press was hotdogs for my grandchildren. i have only made sandwiches on it twice. but i've made burgers, pork chops, chicken breasts and steaks on it i love it

A: If you like tuna-use your favorite recipe for tuna salad, top with cheese, and grill away! It will taste like a WONDERFUL tuna melt. Anything that is good on a sandwich, can be made as a panini(except for PB&J LOL!!). Have fun!

A: I make a Chicken Club Panini, it comes with spinach, chicken, bacon,cheddar cheese and a sundried tomato and chipotle mayo. To make the mayo put about 1/3 cup sundried tomatos, 1 tbsp. chipolte powder (i like moni spicy) and about 1 cup mayo mix all ingredients in a food processor. Yummy !!!!

A: A great panini is one with fresh sliced tomato, basil leaves and sliced mozzarella cheese. Try to use a firm, crusty bread like sourdough and slice it about 1/2-inch thick.
