A long time back in a restaurant in Central Oregon, I had the most amazing Potato augratin dish, It wasn't with sweet potatoes but the sauce itself was sweet and creamy. I would love to have this recipe if anyone has anything similar!! I don't know if it was done with whip cream or sweet cream or sweetened condensed milk............

I was in Prineville Oregon and the name of the restaurant I think was the Bonanza...... something western like... If you know Prineville it's the one that sits on the main street right in the middle of town.
