I love beans, and I get really good Turkey Bacon from the Amish Market that I season them with.  Please count me in, Lee.

Wahoo, Beans are my favorite food ever. They are so wonderful, though they do contain some fat (not much though) http://www.dietbites.com/Diet-2/beans-calories-nutrition-info.html

Check out my blog about BEANS http://beanbasics.blogspot.com/. Not all of the recipes are vegetarian, though there are a lot that are, and even some veagn one. Most that are not though can be adapted to be if you want.

I am always suprised at the people, especially vegetarians, who dont eat beans. How could you not?

    Q. Someone asked for a non creamy dressing for cucumbers. Here is the one I use for Cucumber and Onions. 3/4 c. sugar (I use splenda) 1/3 c. cidar vinegar (I usually use white vinegar) 2 Tbsp. water 1/2 tsp. salt (I usually leave out) I also usually add a couple dashes of celery seed and dried parsley. Mix all ingredients together and pour over cukes and onions and refridgerate until ready to serve. Sometimes I double the recipe if I have 2 cucumbers in my salad. Also use for Vinegar Slaw.
