Beef Wellington Apps

Hello, I was at a lovely outdoor wedding and they served Beel Wellington apps.  They were so delicous and everyone loved them.  Any ideas or receipes for these.  I hope everyone has a great Labor Day weekend and that you are blessed with everything you need.

    Q. Just joined and, already, love this site! I'm wondering if there is anyone out there who would be interested in a group for singles, like myself. After a lifetime of cooking in large "family" quantities; I found myself really challenged after becoming widowed. I've learned a few tricks about buying, storing, and cooking food for one and would like to hear from others on the subject.
