I am on the hunt for Italian Christmas cookie recipes.  Does anyone have some that they could share???

I'm looking for a source of Amaretti Cookies. . . Or, would you suggest making them ? I've seen them imported in NY at a restaurant. . . but I'm in a small area in MidWest. . . any idea of a recipe available ?

Would appreciate from anyone. . .

I have a couple posted already but you must be a mind reader because I was thinking last night that I should post some of those cookie recipes. I will do that tonight when I come home from work but for now I already have "Grandma's Ricotta Cookies"  Recipe - Grandma's Ricotta Cookies - MixingBowl.com and Italian Almond paste cookies"  Recipe - Italian Almond Paste Cookies - MixingBowl.com  I also have nutella cookies Recipe - NUTELLA COOKIES - MixingBowl.com I have a bunch more to post later.
