Hello!
You’re looking well. That color suits you. Sorry to interrupt your day.
My wife, Jessica, has just begun sharing and shooting videos of her own library of recipes, all within the Low-Carb Lifestyle that she’s attempting to maintain. And I, for my part, am helping to get the word out, because really, a certain amount of validation is always a good motivator.
This isn’t a profit-motivated endeavor; it’s all free content. And Jes is extremely good at what she does, so especially as her library of material continues to grow, you’re more and more likely to find something of interest. All of it is good.
In any event, you can read her blog and recipes and see the videos over at kitchentableproductions.net. Or, alternately, you could simply look the videos up on YouTube under the Kitchen Table productions name. And if you wanted to drop her a line about any of them, you could do so to the e-mail address jes@kitchentableproductions.net
I do hope you’ll forgive this intrusion. Just feel the need to support my wife.
Back to it!
Tom B

    Q. Just joined and, already, love this site! I'm wondering if there is anyone out there who would be interested in a group for singles, like myself. After a lifetime of cooking in large "family" quantities; I found myself really challenged after becoming widowed. I've learned a few tricks about buying, storing, and cooking food for one and would like to hear from others on the subject.
