A tasty Game Snack.

 

Servings:         20

Prep time:       10 minutes

Cook time:      13-18 Minutes

Total time:       25-30 minutes

 

Ingredients:

2 (12 oz) cans of refrigerated biscuits
9-oz package (2 Cups) frozen cooked southwestern-seasoned chicken breast strips, thawed & diced
1 (4.5 oz.)can chopped green chillies
4 oz. (1 cup) Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
1 Tablespoon instant minced onion
1 cup Thick'n Chunky salsa (or your favorite)
Fresh cilantro sprigs

 

Directions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees F Spray 20 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray. Separate dough into 20 biscuits. Place 1 biscuit in each sprayed muffin cup; press to cover bottom and sides of cup. In a medium bowl, combine chicken,chilies, cheese, onion and salsa; mix well. Spoon 2 Tablespoons of this mixture into each dough-line cup; gently press mixture with back of spoon.

Bake at 400 degrees F. for 13 to 18 minutes or until edgews are goldenb brown. Remove from muffin cups. Serve warm garnished with cilantro sprigs.
Tip: These tasty snacks are great to seve while watching an OU football Game!!

Wrong colors there Ddavis......Girl I don't yell for the Cowboy's when they play the enemy....LOL  Thanks Alice.   Our next door neighbors are a house dividied we've wondered what bedlam games are like over there.    They fly a flag but no one sleeps in the dog house on game nights.    Have  a nice weekend  friend.   Alice
