I could do this.  I drink nothing but diet soda (when I drink soda) so this would work, and cut a few calories too!  Good stuff my friend!

I am on a diet through the week though so I am so happy to get this. I take off Sunday and eat something I miss on my diet and that is usually sweets. With this recipe using SF cake mix and SF soda, this will really be great. I like the twinkie idea a  lot.

Try substituting a large can of crushed pineapple in its own juice for the diet soda.  It's a wonderful pineapple cake that everyone loves.  Also 1 1/2 cups sugar-free applesauce with a spice cake mix for apple cake.  Great recipe!

This also works really well when you add a box of sugar free pudding to the cake mix.  I used pistachio pudding, white cake mix and diet Fresca.

I happen to have cans of Diet A&W Rootbeer at home, so I'm going to try the chocolate cake w/rootbeer combo. Oh boy, my daughter is in for such a treat!
