This seems like a recipe I can use. My daughter is taking a culinary arts class and has gotten into cooking. I would love any simple recipes she can use and make in her classes.

Wow !! my son has been bugging me to make a pound cake, wait till he finds out I can make an eggnog flavored one lol. He is absolutely crazy for eggnog. Thanks for sharing. Many spoons for this one.

I made this (late) last night and it was FANTASTIC!!! I didn't have a tube pan, so I used 2 loaf pans and adjusted the baking time. Took one loaf to work today and everyone LUVed it....the other was eaten here @ home (quickly). Thanks SO much!!
