This is a mushroom cake made for my nephew's 8th birthday party.

Ingredients:

1 box cake mix
Chocolate frosting
Wilton white fondant
Wilton spray food color
Royal icing

Directions:

Bake one cake mix in a Pampered Chef Classic Batter Bowl. Let cake cool completely (refrigerate if desired) then round out the shape with a serrated knife. Attach the cake to some sort of supportive base for the stem (I used a short glass jar turned upside down with the lid removed and covered in a decorated paper...placed the cake on a cake board and glued the board to the jar.) Frost the cake with desired flavor, chill in fridge. Roll out fondant and cover mushroom top, then spray with red or green food color. Roll out more fondant and cut out the circles. I used royal icing as glue for the circles.

    Q. I am so glad that I"m not the only one.I have been trying and trying to find out what kind of wine you use with cooking.I have been to the tore(Publix). And ask the meat manager.Don't you think that Mixing Bowl, should have a group."All about Wine.' Like what kind of wine, would you use for Chicken Divan recipe, that I have from Paula Deen. They say only cook with the wine, only the good kind, that you would drink.I personally don't drink wine.So I really don't know what to get.Let me know if you find
