 That's so sweet.  I grew up in Chicago, but my kids are growing up here in San Diego. Quite a different lifestyle for sure!  I'm glad they are able to surf-ect.... but I have such fond memories of playing in the snow.  Thanks for sharing :)

We're supposed to have some flurries by Saturday, we've had a couple of frosts already which is early for here.  You're grandbabies are adorable and it looks like they scraped up the whole yard to get the snowman!!!  Ahhhhh, to be a child again and rejoice at snow!!!  LOL  pea

Aww..that's cute. We get NO snow in Karachi where I live! We ahve to travel up north to Murree to enjoy the snow. Cheryl

Lucky you! I love snow(when I can stay home!) and we don't get a lot of snow anymore in Arkansas . Cute kids-bet they had a blast! Next time it snows...check out my recipe for snow ice cream(the kids will LUV it)!!!

We got about 2 inches last night here in Minnesota (Twin Cities).  The ground is still warm, so most of it is melting. 

I am just happy I can just watch it coming down.
