The Soy Delicious chocolate ice cream is absolutely decadent.  I also recommend Good Karma's rice milk ice creams.  Fantastic stuff!

Thanks for sharing this... I didnt know they had ice cream made from soy.  I drink soy milk and use it for my cereal too so I will definitely have to try this one out.  I need to look for this the next time I go shopping

I bought the Raspberry.  It is low fat(1.5g).     Love it!.    

I have bought Kemp's no-sugar, no fat frozen youghurt in the past.
