I found this protein powder in the local gluten-free store.  I use it in shakes and waffles or pancakes.

It is free of the following: dairy, soy, animal,  gluten, GMO.  The sodium is a little higher that I would like; 360mg per serving.  It has 21 grams of protein.   I have used whey based protein powders in the past.
