This was so easy to make:

Use you cake mix of choice and prepare according to directions, use vanilla frosting and tint with green food coloring.  After the cake has baked and cooled cut of the corners of the cake to shape the face shape.  With the cutting off the face use the left over cake for the nose and ears attach with frosting.  Frost the entire cake with the green food coloring.  The Hair and scar is black string licourice, the eyes are gum drops, the mouth is a rolled up air head and the bolts are tootsie rolls.  Thats it have fun and enjoy.
