This was a pumpkin cake with a cheese cake filling and cream cheese frosting. It was fun to make.

    Q. Every Thanksgiving we would have a cauliflower and pimento cheese cassarole. I just love it but, somewhere the recipe got lost. Anybody ever had this and knows a good recipe?
