This is my version of Escalloped Chicken and Noodles and hence the name (given by my husband)

    Q. Around 1980 there was a cover recipe in either Woman's Day or Family Circle for beef rouladen with scrambled eggs and carrot. I lost all my favorite recipes in Hurrican Andrew in 1992. Does anyone have this? I have tried both magazine archives to no avail. Thanks. Chef 123
