Q. Hope someone can help me. Spring and summer is coming and my family loves Macaroni Salad. The old fashion kind, with pasta shells, celery, onions, hard boiled eggs, salad dressing. When I first make it, it comes out nice and creamy, but after it chills in the refrigerator it firms up to much and is not creamy. Please help me keep it creamy. What can I do?
